Administrative Questions

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REACH A STORAGE LIMIT?
There are no data limits with ExhibitPower. We constantly monitor our storage capacity and make adjustments as needed. If we feel your data storage is excessive in comparison to other accounts, we may conduct an audit and request that you archive some of your past projects.
HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT INFO?
As secure as it gets. We employ a top tier SSL Certificate throughout the site. All account payment details are also encrypted and truncated should anyone gain access to your login.
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS TO RUN EXHIBITPOWER?
ExhibitPower is web-based so that it is not dependent upon your computer’s operating system. So, technically it should run on any computer as long you have a decent internet connection and a recent version of one of these browsers (listed in order of preference):

Google Chrome (ExhibitPower is designed to always work perfectly on Chrome)

Mozilla Firefox

Microsoft Edge

Apple Safari (Our designers prefer Safari but it’s not always perfect)

Vivaldi (untested but built on Chrome platform)

Opera (untested)

Microsoft Internet Explorer (any version)

If you experience any difficulty with any of these browsers, please make sure you have the most current version before contacting our support team.

Billing

IF I SIGNUP IN THE MIDDLE OF A MONTH AM I CHARGED FOR THAT FULL MONTH?
No, in fact, when you signup for the Starter Plan you will only be billed for the following month.

If you signup for the Small Business Plan your 6 month billing cycle will begin on the 1st day of the following month.

HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?
All of our plans are full featured but if you are currently on the Starter Plan and reach your limit of 35 total users, you will need to contact ExhibitPower to upgrade your account to the Small Business Plan which will allow you up to 90 users. Your new 6 month billing cycle will then begin on the 1st day of the following month.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Starter Plan accounts will be billed 21 days prior to the next month and on a monthly basis. All other plans will be billed every 6 months, 21 days prior to the next cycle. You will have 21 days to submit payment, credit cards on file will be automatically billed 21 days out. Unpaid plan renewals will result in a temporary lock-out of all users until payment is submitted and cleared. Accounts that go unpaid for more than 90 days will be permanently terminated with all account data being erased.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FAIL TO RENEW ON TIME?
You will be notified of renewal fees due 21 days in advance. If your account is not renewed during that period, it will be temporarily locked down beginning on the first of the month following the 21 day notice. If the account goes un-renewed for 90 days then it will be permanently terminated and all account data will be erased.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and business checks but of course it would be in everyone’s best interest if there was a Credit Card on file with your account to automatically charge renewal fees when they are due.

Training

EXHIBIT ASSETS ARE OFTEN RETURNED IN DIFFERENT CRATES... HOW DO WE GET AROUND THIS?

Currently we “pack” the exhibit digitally when we enter it into the system.  Then the system generates a preliminary Packing List based on the inventory.  The Technicians can adjust the packing before it goes to a show, then again when they check it in after the show.  Currently that requires that they edit the Exhibit in Inventory.  We’re planning to have a direct link from the Packing List very soon, and probably in the Technician App in the future.  The Packing List module is still a work-in-progress, but will be fully developed very soon.

HOW DO YOU IDENTIFY EACH GRAPHIC (PICTURE, GRID PDF, ETC)?

Each graphic can be stored with a main image (JPG, PDF,PNG) and a Grid (PDF, Word).  Your graphics can have any naming conventions, and the system will also generate it’s own unique identifier for each graphic.  Graphics can only be entered into the system associated with an Exhibit or an Accessory.  People have asked what to do with odd graphics that don’t go with an Exhibit or Accessory.  If it can be used all by itself, no problem, just enter it as an Accessory.  If you want to keep the information handy until you have an exhibit or accessory to associate it with, you can store it in Inventory as a Document.
